General Terms - Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
REFUNDS
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Most products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
• Product and packaging must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Romeo Music reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if the item returned is used, damaged, or otherwise deemed unsaleable.
• Some products may not be returned for any reason, such as Software (open and/or registered), Books, Earbuds, Earplugs, or any item that may come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless return is the result of incorrect or defective product.
• Opened/damaged packaging may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
