This Audio-Technica D50 2-Person Digital Wireless Bodypack Audio System combines the ATW-DR3220LK dual-channel rackmount receiver with two ATW-DT3201 bodypack transmitters to deliver exceptional sound quality, RF stability, and operational flexibility for professional wireless applications. With Audio-Technica LINK connectivity, switchable RF modes, integrated DSP, and secure AES256 encryption, this UHF wireless package provides reliable performance for presentations, corporate events, installed sound, meeting spaces, houses of worship, and live productions, even in demanding RF situations.

Flexible RF Performance for Challenging Environments
 
The ATW-DR3220LK receiver operates in either Normal mode using Antenna Combining Diversity or Robust mode using MRC True Diversity for enhanced RF stability. Its tuning bandwidth of up to 138 MHz in the U.S. supports flexible frequency coordination, while HD mode expands channel capacity from 17 to 47 frequencies within a 6 MHz TV channel. Up to four receivers can be LINKed without the need for additional antenna distribution hardware, requiring only a single pair of antennas. Spectrum analysis, IR sync functionality, and Wireless Manager software simplify setup and frequency management in complex wireless environments.
 
 
Advanced Control and System Management
 

Each ATW-DT3201 bodypack transmitter is equipped with a secure cH-style Hirose input connector that can accommodate a wide variety of compatible lavalier and headworn microphones as well as instrument cables for guitar and bass players. The transmitters feature external controls, OLED displays, and mute switches for intuitive operation. They also support Audio-Technica's SideTrack function for switching between multiple outputs, though this feature requires a compatible D50 Dante-enabled, quad-channel receiver and is not available when used with the included dual-channel ATW-DR3220LK LINK receiver. Seven-color LED indicators and matching physical color rings make channel identification simple in multi-user setups.

Onboard DSP in the receiver provides a high-pass filter, 4-band EQ, and compressor for each channel before audio enters the signal chain, reducing the processing load on consoles and external DSP. Spectrum analysis and IR sync functionality simplify setup, while Audio-Technica's Wireless Manager software enables system monitoring, configuration, walk testing, firmware updates, and project management from a connected computer.

Long Battery Life and Reliable Operation

Each ATW-DT3201 transmitter is powered by an included LI-220 rechargeable lithium-ion battery that delivers up to 12 hours of operation at a 10mW output setting. RF output power is adjustable between 1, 10, and 20mW, allowing users to optimize performance for coverage requirements and battery life. Batteries can be charged in the transmitters using the optional ATW-CHG6 charging station or separately using the included ATW-CHGA6 battery chargers. The receiver can be powered by the included AC adapter or via PoE+, with PoE+ serving as a redundant backup power source. The system is TAA compliant, while all-metal transmitter construction and AES256 encryption help ensure dependable and secure operation in professional environments.
